Now is a good time to start thinking about future study abroad opportunities. Take a look at all the different programs that are possible. Read about the Ferrum students who study abroad and see some of their pictures on our Spanish Students Abroad site. Take a look at the two programs we usually use: Spanish Studies Abroad, with which you can study in various parts of Spain or in Argentina or Puerto Rico, or Intensa language school in Costa Rica. Also consider an e-term. This past spring we went to Honduras for a service-learning course, and this coming e-term we will team up with the Recreation program to explore the Peruvian Andes. Make an appointment with Dr. Sagasti Suppes in order to plan out your study abroad. The earlier you plan the easier it will be to fit into your academic plan, the better your chances of finding funding sources, and the more likely that you will find the right program for you.
